Mix several drops of castor oil with a pinch of baking soda and add a grounded aspirin.

Flaxseed Oil
Flaxseed oil softens and loosens the edges of the mole, and afterwards they can be easily removed.
Make a paste of flaxseed oil, honey and grounded flax seed. Apply the paste on the moles and leave it for an hour. Repeat it several weeks, 3 times a day.
Frankincense essential oil
This oil dries up the mole and removes it slowly, layer by layer. Combine frankincense essential oil with olive oil in ration 1:8.
Apply the mixture on the mole and leave it for several hours. Repeat it several weeks, 2-3 times daily.
To avoid scars, continue with this method a few days more after the mole is gone.
Pineapple Juice
The fresh pineapple juice lightens the moles and makes them less visible.

Instead of pineapple juice you can use other acidic juices as sour lemons, grapefruits or apples.
