Your Blood Type Reveals Much About Your Health




Some experts believe that women who belong in blood type A are more fertile, but also are more vulnerable from stomach cancer. The blood type O is safer from heart attacks, but suffers from increased blood pressure, while the blood type B is more vulnerable from pancreatic cancer.


Probably all people are familiar with the fact that there are 4 groups of blood types: A, B, AB and O. Additionally, there are two Rh factors, plus (+) and minus (–). We are inheriting them from our parents. Dr. Otto Rehe, a Nazi doctor claimed that the group A is common for the Aryans who are superior to the people with blood type B. This was the reason why the research on the importance of blood types for our health was underestimated for so long. Today, there are many researches that correlate particular blood types with particular diseases, but also the advantages of each group for our health.

Blood Group A- fertile, but prone to drinking
Studies show that individuals that belong in this group are vulnerable of appearance of cancer of the stomach. When it comes to women, they are capable to get pregnant in older age as they lose less egg – cells over time.
Still, women who belong in this blood group are more vulnerable to stomach cancer, especially if they are smokers and enjoy consuming alcoholic drinks too often. It is interesting that there are some evident that relate blood type A and affinity to alcoholism, but also to obsessive compulsive disarrays.

Blood Type B- increased possibility of ulcers, but better metabolism
People with this blood type are vulnerable from pancreatic cancer. They also have increased possibility of memory issues, but also may suffer from dementia and Alzheimer’s in older age. Moreover, they are vulnerable to ulcers and infections. It is interesting that they have better metabolism than others and can build up muscles considerably easier.

Blood Group 0- reduced risk of heart attack and reduced fertility
Individuals that belong in this group have quarter reduced possibility of heart attack and stomach cancer. In addition, they suffer from increased risk of stomach ulcers caused by bacteria Helicobacter pylori and men with this blood type are vulnerable from obesity.
It is important to mention that women are twice more vulnerable from fewer and poorer quality of eggs which affects their fertility. Still, the positive thing is that these people are more immune to stress after traumatic events, due to the fact their level of the stress hormone cortisol decreases quicker.

Blood group AB- prone to heart attacks, but with quality vision
Women who belong in this blood type are more vulnerable from ovarian cancer, while pregnant women from this blood type have increased risk of developing increased blood pressure (preeclampsia). Moreover, people from this group are prone to develop heart disease and stroke, but also many have digestive issues such as chronic gastritis or Crohn’s ailment.
